I’d been to other plastic surgeons for consultations but not gone ahead with my planned breast augmentation as I couldn’t quite place my trust in them. Nilesh Sojitra at Spire was different. I had one friendly contact throughout to answer all my queries, a calm and relaxed surgeon, and a cheerful, honest nurse. I wholeheartedly recommend Spire and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m a 39 year old woman, who after having had two children found I could not shift my baby belly, I realised a tummy tuck was my only option. After looking into surgeons, I came across Nilesh Sojitra at the Spire Hospital.
At my first consultation I found Nilesh very easy going and easy to talk to. He went through what I could expect from a tummy tuck and that it was not a procedure to take lightly, we also spoke about breast implants as this was also something I had thought of having done, he recommended doing both together. I went away with all my info.
I had a second consultation with Nilesh confirming that I wished to go ahead. I tried different sized implants to find the ones that suited my frame best. I was happy with everything, so I was booked in for the 11th of December 2013. Carolyn, Nilesh’s personal assistant took me around the hospital rooms to just give me an idea of what to expect, and also answered questions.
On the day of my surgery, I was check in and showed to my room and given time to settle in before the nurses came and did blood pressure etc. Nileshs came up sometime later to mark out on me and check all was well.
After surgery I was taken back to my room, a bit spaced out and very sore. The nurses popped in every half an hour or so. I saw Nilesh later that evening, and also Teresa the cosmetic nurse, both saying everything went well and he was pleased with the surgery.
Once home, I found it tougher than i thought, but I had Teresa checking in via text every day, she would answer any questions I had and always put my mind at ease.
I’m now 10 weeks post op and very pleased with the results, and I know I still have a few months until I get the full affect. Nilesh and his team did a great job ………… …………

From the minute I had my consultation with Nilesh Sojitra I new I was in great hands. I was nervous to begin with but all my questions were answered through out operation before and after. The nurses and staff at the hospital were very friendly and happy to help. Carolyn and Teresa were lovely ladies who always kept in touch to see how I was after my operation and made all my follow up appointments effortless.
I would advise anyone looking for any type of breast surgery to go to Spire Harpenden hospital because I couldn’t be happier with my results! I’ve even recommended a family member to pay a visit to Nilesh this year!

At the initial consultation I found everyone was very helpful, understanding and considerate. Making
you feel comfortable from the time you step through the door, all of my questions were answered
and I gained a lot of information about the procedure and what I could expect. Everyone was very
helpful and gave me some useful tips in order to help me choose the correct size for me and my
body. At no point did I feel that anyone was ‘selling’ me the procedure.
Mr. Sojitra (my surgeon) put me at ease and I was very confident in his abilities. He is very honest
and will tell you how it is and what he thinks but also give you options and let you decide with all the
advice you could need.
Highgate hospital is very comfortable and I was put entirely at ease, although I was understandably
nervous. Following my operation I was given first class care and attention and was soon on my way
home.
I would advise following all of the recommendations given to you by your surgeon and nurse to ensure a full and complication free recovery. I did this and, thankfully, I have had no
problems whatsoever. The incisions healed quickly and neatly and my ‘boobs’ have settled nicely.
I am delighted with my new shape and also my posture has improved enormously.
The support and care given to you is first class during what can be a challenging ( and exciting) time.
I have gone from thinking about my ‘boobs’ for a lot of the day and feeling self-conscious to just accepting that they are now just a part of me – a part that I now really like!

I had gynaecomastia for a number of years and this was something that I was really struggling with. When I made the decision to resolve the issue, I knew I had to pick an excellent surgeon as this would be a life changing decision. Mr Sojitra certainly lived up to my expectations. Having spent years trying to mask the issue I was a little embarrassed about facing the problem and discussing it openly with other people, however Mr Sojitra and his staff made me feel completely comfortable.
The surgery itself went very smoothly and I was able to go home on the very same day. I was surprised by the speed of the recovery and I was able to return to work in just over 4 days. Recovery times will vary depending on the individual, however this is something that will be facilitated by the quality of the surgery itself.

I’d always wanted a breast augmentation but put the idea off till I was older and till the time I felt I had stopped growing. So in the beginning of 2013 I decided I was ready to find a surgeon and have them done finally. I had a consultation with Nilesh, prior to this consultation I was contacted by his PA and was immediately put at ease by her lovely nature & lack of hard selling tactics.
She told me everything I needed to know, what would happen at the consultation and made me aware of pricing, which many clinics seem to keep private until crunch time
I had my consultation with Nilesh at Spire in Harpenden and was made to feel very welcome. Nilesh spoke to me & my mum about every minute detail possible, answering any questions we had as we went through.
After we had discussed the details I was measured so Nilesh could find out what would work and what wouldn’t, then I got to try on a surgery bra which you place implants in to determine the size you think will suit you and what you are comfortable with.
As soon as I saw the size I ended up going with I knew it was perfect and right.
Nilesh made the whole experience easy and I never felt like I was pushed into my surgery or into having a certain size/look.
I decided to go through with the surgery and Carolyn, hi PA, phoned me the next day with the date of my surgery, pricing and other details. I was also contacted by Teresa, the cosmetic specialist nurse who took me through a questionnaire and answered any of my queries.
My surgery date came round and I was lucky enough to be first into surgery as i was a daycase. The morning of my surgery I was checked over by a nurse, had a chat with and had my surgery marks drawn on by Nilesh & got chance to speak to my anesthetist all of which put me even more at ease than I already was. I was walked down to surgery and was surprisingly calm. Even though I was in a hospital gown, awful compression stockings and funny pants!
The next thing I remember is coming round and being checked on every half an hour.
I felt extremely well looked after and safe.
Nilesh came to see me once I had come round but I can’t say I remember much of it. My subsequent meetings with Nilesh & Teresa were perfect. Teresa checked how I was healing and put new coverings over my scars & Nilesh checked my breasts over.
My breast augmentation is easily the best decision I ever made, Well the best decision I ever made was to go with Nilesh. I am so pleased with how they look and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
I want to thank Nilesh and his team for making me even happier than I was before.
