After making the decision to have my droopy eyelids ‘sorted’ (Blepharoplasty) I contacted Cosmetic Surgeons London and from then everything became quick and simple. I had a consultation at Spire Hospital Harpenden with Nilesh Sojitra, who explained the procedure excellently and a date was set. I had a follow up telephone conversation with a nice lady called Teresa who is the cosmetic nurse specialist, who went over the procedure again.
I opted to have the procedure under local anesthetic, mainly because of my age (68) and a previous heart condition. I was rather nervous, but need not have worried. The injections were uncomfortable (no worse than going to the dentist though) but everything went well and the theatre staff really looked after me. I went into hospital at 3.00 p.m. and, after the operation and a bite to eat, I was home by 7.30 p.m.
I have been surprised at how quickly I healed. There was a little bruising, but not black and blue like I expected and no pain whatsoever. Teresa took the stitches out a week later and after a further week I was ready to face the world again.
Unless I point it out, no-one would guess that I had had the procedure done. The scarring is minimal and is concealed in the natural creases around my eye. And yes, I am very pleased with the results. I feel better in myself and would recommend Nilesh to anyone.

I was delighted to have Nilesh as a consultant, first and foremost he did a fantastic job in correcting my asymmetrical issues which has lead to a dramatic improvement in my self confidence and satisfaction. I had no breast development on one side and a DD on the other. Alongside this he maintained a constant professional yet obviously caring air, which is something very important in a doctor to whom you are entrusting to care about your individual needs and desires. for many years i had been concerned about the look of my nose but never had the courage to go and see someone. i saw a few surgeons to get an idea of who i was most comfortable with and when i met Nilesh Sojitra i was immediately put at ease. he was confident and honest in what could and couldn’t be achieved. i liked that.

i saw Mr Sojitra after a recommendation by a friend who had her implants done with him. the problem i had was that i had a breast augmentation done abroad 6 years ago through the areolar incision and i had problems with capsule hardening and the implants were too high. i saw many consultants in harley street and all refused to go through the same scar. i mean why would i want another scar. when i saw Nilesh he said going through the same insicion wasnt a major issue for him and he actually suggested to change the implant from overs to unders. i didnt even know that this was possible. he was so relaxed and friendly.
on the say i saw his anesthetist and nurse and then he came and drew on me. before i could remember i woke up and the operation was finished. 6 months on i am delighted with the outcome and the scarring is minimal which he is renowned for.
i wouldnt hesitate anyone to go and see Nilesh as he is professional and very competent.

I had gynaecomastia since teens and one side was quite a lot larger than the other and finally i got the courage to come and see a surgeon. I saw 4 surgeons and my fifth one was Nilesh Sojitra. I saw so many as i just didnt feel safe and confident in the hands of the others. Finally when i saw Mr Sojitra i felt reassured and confident as he was very honest in what could be achieved and almost downplayed the operation – im sure he didnt need another patient as his waiting room was full so he didnt feel the need to sell like the previous companies i went to. The operation went well and i went home the same day with a garment that the hospital provided. At all times i felt i was well looked after and there was always someone at the end of the fone. His nurse Teresa was caring and professional. i was back at work in 1 week after feeling a little battered and bruised. i am now 4 months on and am delighted with the results. this has given me a new lease of life and i am eternally grateful to Mr Sojitra and his team. i would recommend anyone considering surgery to come and see him.

Deciding whether to have plastic surgery is a huge decision. Not only is your body changing long term, but you also have the worry of the procedure and not liking the final result. This is why I am extremely glad I got recommend to Dr. Nilesh Sojitra. He helped to guide me during the consultation as to what size of implant would suit my body for a natural appearance without leaving stretch marks with the use of 3D scanning so I could visualise the result. The consultation left me feeling confident that I made the right choice for my body in terms of the implant size and the surgeon. The procedure went incredibly well and I was given all the aftercare information I needed and felt ready to go home the same day. I suffered no complications from the surgery and was very comfortable within the next few days.
